APAC leading real estate investment management company

Responsible for overseeing private fund structuring and capital raising activities in coordination with the Head of CMFM. The role involves managing documentation, regulatory filings, and client reporting, while working across internal teams and external advisors.

-Lead the structuring and documentation of both inbound and outbound private funds, customized to client profiles, investment goals, and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with legal and tax advisors
-Supervise the creation of fund performance reports, coordinating with internal investment, asset management, and product teams
-Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding the performance of structured products
-Monitor and summarize key legal and regulatory developments relevant to fund operations
-Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation in partnership with legal counsel

-Over 5 years of experience in private fund management or related areas within the financial sector-
-Deep understanding of Japan’s Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (FIEA) and hands-on familiarity with cross-border fund structuring and operations
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proven ability to collaborate effectively in matrixed, cross-functional environments
