Job Description
アクイジションからAMまで一気通貫で担当
・当社またはグループが組成するファンドによる不動産および不動産関連証券の取得業務
・投資案件のアンダーライティングおよび資産運用計画の策定
・取得に向けたデューデリジェンスの実施および取得条件の交渉
・社内投資委員会向け資料の作成および上程
・契約関連書類（ドキュメンテーション）の作成・管理
・その他、不動産・債権投資に関するオポチュニスティック案件のアセットマネジメント業務全般
Requirements
【必須】
・私募ファンドにおけるクロージング業務を含むアセットマネジメント業務経験
