Global Data Center Provider

- Lead end-to-end construction and delivery of data center projects, including land acquisition design, due diligence, and execution
- Act as on-site project lead, managing safety, schedule, cost, and quality
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and internal policies
- Provide regular reporting and drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

- 7+ years of construction management experience with a general contractor
- Certified as First-Class Architect or First-Class Construction Management Engineer
- Intermediate English proficiency; willingness to improve
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing full project lifecycle, especially in data center or mission-critical facilities
- Strong technical project management skills (10+ years preferred)
- Bilingual in Japanese and English; able to coordinate across stakeholders
- Able to work independently and deliver high-level customer service
- Comfortable with presentations and external communication
