Job Description
-新規案件の発掘（リレーションシップを活用した戦略的な案件の発掘）
-アンダーライティングモデルの作成
-新規案件取得に関するデューディリジェンス業務（マーケット調査、物件実査等）
-投資委員会プレゼンテーション資料作成
-物件売却時のマーケティング活動ほか、一連の売却関連業務
-取得に関するクロージング業務（売主やレンダーとの交渉等を含む）
Requirements
上記一連の業務の経験ある方。不動産ファイナンス、投資銀行等での経験ある方も歓迎です。
シニアの方はソーシングも期待され、不動産取得に関する一連の業務を中心となってリードして頂きます。
