・財務経理を中心とした経営基盤の構築
・IFRS切替、PPA、減損テスト
・監査対応
・資金繰り（借入、LBO、メザニンローン等複雑な金融スキーム対応）
・経営管理（予実管理、KPI定義、取締役会説明等）
