Support the development and growth of the company’s global equities business by delivering high-quality product management, client support, and marketing execution.
Contribute to the delivery of value-added investment solutions across institutional and intermediary channels in Japan.
*Represent the company’s global equities capabilities in client meetings and internal discussions, in collaboration with senior team members
*Partner with institutional and retail sales teams to support coverage of clients including institutional investors (banks, insurance companies, asset managers), pension funds, distributors, and intermediaries
*Support marketing and capital formation initiatives across global equity strategies (active, passive, factor, ESG, etc.)
*Prepare and deliver client materials, including performance updates, market commentary, and product presentations
*Provide timely responses to client inquiries, including portfolio-related and market-related questions
*Contribute to product positioning by gathering market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor insights
*Support retail/intermediary channel through product training, marketing materials, and ongoing communication
*Liaise with global investment teams to obtain investment insights and ensure consistent messaging
*Coordinate internally across product, compliance, and sales to ensure smooth execution of client-related activities
*Client & Sales Support: Experience supporting client coverage and sales activities, ideally across institutional and/or intermediary channels
*Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of global equity markets and investment strategies (active, passive, factor, ESG, etc.)
*Multi-Channel Exposure: Familiarity with both institutional and retail/intermediary distribution models is preferred
*Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
*Language Skills: Native-level Japanese and good working proficiency in English
*Presentation Skills: Ability to prepare and deliver clear and effective presentations
*Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, including ability to interpret performance and investment data
*Execution & Teamwork: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment
*Industry Knowledge: Understanding of asset management business and client requirements in Japan
*Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
