■オリジネーションやDD、ドキュメンテーション、エグゼキューション、ストラクチャリング、資金調達を含む取得業務全般
■期中AM、ポートフォリオマネジメント全般（AM業務全般、売却業務、レンダーおよび投資家対応、ファイナンス戦略策定を含む）
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産投資関連業務（不動産ファンドや投資銀行の不動産セクター、金融機関の不動産ノンリコースローン経験など）
■ビジネスレベルの英語力（流暢なレベルは不要）
