Xiya has been Executive Search industry from 2013, specializing on HealthTech Industry and New Technology field,  which uses technology (databases, applications, mobiles, wearables) to improve the delivery, payment, and/or consumption of care, with the ability to increase the development and commercialization of medicinal products. Client companies included Start up companies, venture/join-venture companies, and global HealthTech companies, mainly focusing on Application/Mobile/Web related Engineer functions management level positions search.

Originally from China, she came to Japan in 2008. After earning a Master’s degree from Aoyama Gakuin University, she joined a Japanese trading firm as Overseas Sales. Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Xiya worked as Consultant for Healthcare & Life Science industry for 2 years, has good network and knowledge in medical field, strong at technical/Engineering related function, and could be recruiting in Fluent English, Japanese and native Chinese.

In her spare time, she enjoys Yoga, Dance and Scuba diving.
