Job Description
■不動産開発案件の投資分析、収益シミュレーション(アンダーライティング)
■建設会社・設計事務所・コンサルタント等との契約交渉
■開発関連契約(工事請負契約、設計監理契約、コンサルティング契約等)の内容確認と条件交渉
■支払スケジュール・支払条件の管理、および経理・財務等の関係部署との連携
■案件進行に伴うリスク管理、コスト管理
■投資家、パートナー企業、行政等、社内外の関係者との折衝・調整
■案件に関する社内レポーティング(日本語・英語)
Requirements
【必須】
■デベロッパーまたは総合商社での不動産開発業務の経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力(交渉・契約書レビューが可能なレベル）
