■ホテル、住宅等の不動産ポートフォリオの運用・管理、および資産価値最大化に向けた戦略の策定・実行
■財務分析、予算管理、投資収益性の評価を通じた運用パフォーマンスの改善・最適化
■ホテル運営状況のモニタリング、運営効率の改善、および運営会社・関連ステークホルダーとの連携
■不動産市場・競合動向の分析、中長期的な運用戦略の立案、および各種リスク・コンプライアンス管理
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産アセットマネジャー経験
■ビジネスレベルの日本語と英語力
