Conrad is a member of the X-Tech team, focusing on mid to senior/executive level searches for the industrial and energy sectors.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Conrad had almost 10 years of experience in recruitment for the US and Japan markets.
Conrad’s interest in recruitment was sparked while he was working in a US BPO company, where he was responsible for hiring and growing one of their new teams.
In 2013, Conrad joined the Philippine branch office of a boutique Japan-based executive search firm as a researcher/support specialist.
After a year, he was transferred to their Tokyo HQ as a consultant where he worked for another 7.5 years. 

Conrad finds fulfillment in supporting candidates with their career aspirations and his clients in hiring the right people to help their business become successful. 
His philosophy is  “Quality Over Quantity” and he strives to be his clients’ trusted partner who can represent them as an extension of their recruitment team.

In his free time, Conrad enjoys road biking, running, doing photography, traveling and learning new things.
