Josh is a specialist in Technology Recruitment focusing on senior to executive level roles across Financial Services and IT Startup sectors. He has been in the Japan search business since 2010 and has a strong track record of placing CIO’s, CTO’s, Heads of IT, and Country Managers. His focus is on bilingual, global team roles for both international and domestic clients with a global outlook. He has a track record of delivering for both enterprise level and Japan entry startup clients. With his vast IT network in Japan, he can deliver on connecting the right candidates to the right clients.    

Born and raised in Seattle.  However, living in Hawaii right out of high school he developed a love for Japan. This led him to learn Japanese and eventually start visiting Japan and finally moving to Tokyo in 2010.    

Outside the office, Josh enjoys snowboarding, live concerts, and watching MMA.
