Nadiya is a seasoned recruitment specialist in the IT field that encompasses Nikkei & International Tech Ventures/System Integrators/Tech Consulting firms. She primarily focuses on supporting Technology/IT professionals from Mid to Senior-level.  

Since 2019, She has delivered a proven track record in the recruitment of IT/Tech professionals, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, ERP Consultants, and Engineers. With her deep market insights and consulting capabilities, she is able to consistently provide strategic advice/support to both clients & candidates and able to build trust, confidence and long-term partnerships.  

Originally from China, Nadiya holds a Master degree from Rikkyo University in Japan and is fluent in Chinese, Japanese & English.  

Outside the office, Nadiya enjoys traveling, camping, and playing the piano.
