She is well experienced in working with both international and domestic companies. With her experience, she is able to provide deep market insights and consultative support to both clients and candidates. 

Born in Tokyo and raised in the U.K. Natsuki received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Edinburgh before moving back to Japan. She has fluent proficiency in both Japanese and English.  

Outside the office, Natsuki enjoys skiing, travelling and ikebana.
