Tokiya’s communication with candidates is frank and personable, and he takes the time to get to know each candidate through continuously and consistently engaging with them. Through this process, Tokiya is able to effectively gauge each candidate’s goals and needs and match them into companies which meet their expectations. He puts a strong emphasis on building a trusting and long-term relationship with candidates and because he is bilingual, he can provide support in English or Japanese.  

Outside of recruitment, Tokiya enjoys traveling and backpacking around the world. His most memorable adventures include Myanmar, Sri Lanka, and Morocco. 

He is also a fan of history, mixed martial arts and weight training.
