■私募ファンド・REIT保有物件の収益向上施策の立案・推進
■私募ファンド・REIT保有物件の中長期運用計画、年次予算の作成及びその為のインフラ構築
■物件のHold-Sell分析
■投資家、社内レポーティング等
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産ファンドにおけるAM経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力
