Job Description
■クロスボーダーを含む不動産投資スキームの設計、推進（GK-TK、TMK、信託型等）
■国内外の海外投資家（ファミリーオフィス、PE、ソブリン、金融機関等）との資金調達交渉、提案活動
■プロジェクト単位のファンド組成、資金調達、契約ドキュメントのレビュー、管理
■大規模開発プロジェクト（物流、ホテル等）におけるストラクチャードファイナンスの組成
Requirements
【必須】
■ストラクチャードファイナンス実務経験10年以上
■不動産を対象とした投資スキーム、ファンド組成に関する知見
■英語でのビジネス交渉、ドキュメンテーション能力
