Its platform has been adopted by more than 8,000 accommodation providers, contributing to a shift toward increasing direct bookings through official hotel websites and redefining industry practices.

Founded roughly a decade ago, the company experienced significant growth—even being recognized in a major Asia-Pacific high-growth ranking—and successfully listed on a public growth market following the pandemic. In recent years, it has accelerated its global expansion through multiple overseas acquisitions and now operates across several markets in East and Southeast Asia, including Japan, Taiwan, and Indonesia.

This position is responsible for leading the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy.
The role includes defining IT direction, redesigning core systems, driving operational optimization, and managing cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
・Develop and execute IT and digital transformation strategies aligned with corporate goals
・Lead company-wide DX initiatives and modernization programs
・Oversee system implementation and renewal projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
・Strengthen IT governance, security, and risk management
・Manage IT infrastructure such as networks, servers, and cloud platforms
・Identify operational issues and propose IT-driven improvements and automation
・Collaborate closely with business units to translate needs into technical requirements
・Manage and develop IT teams, including performance management
・Coordinate with external partners and vendors

・業務課題の抽出とITを用いた改善・自動化の企画
・ユーザー部門との要件定義・調整
・IT部門の組織運営、メンバー育成
・外部ベンダーとの調整・マネジメント

・5+ years of IT or system project management experience
・Experience managing an IT team (approx. 10 members or more)
・Ability to design IT initiatives from a business and operational perspective
・Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
・Advanced communication skills in Japanese; English ability for cross-border collaboration welcomed

・IT／システム領域でのPM経験（5年以上）
