Job Description
・Develop asset financing (non-recourse loan) strategy to be ready for new investment opportunity
・Keep key relations with players i.e., banks, leasing companies etc. and update and study the industrial trend and best practice
・Identify counter party and negotiate terms, execute the transaction while consulting closely with investment team members and treasury department at Head Quarters.
・Work on special project together with financial institution as a strategic partner to grow our Global fund management business
・Liaison with lenders
・Lender negotiations for individual loan projects
・Loan documentation
・Working together with Investment and Asset management team
Requirements
＜Mandatory＞
・Practical experience in asset finance.
・Knowledge and experience in quantitative analysis of financial data.
・Knowledge and motivation for planning and executing business strategies.
・Business-level English proficiency
＜Preferred＞
・Work experience with IFRS
・Knowledge and experience in M&A
・Knowledge and experience in reorganization
・Practical experience in real estate funds and real estate SPCs
