As a Deal Associate/Analyst, you will play a central role across the full deal lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation through execution and asset management.
The role offers broad exposure to a variety of corporate and real estate-related situations.
Specific responsibilities include:
*Building and maintaining financial models for real estate and corporate investments
*Conducting due diligence across commercial, financial, market, and asset-level dimensions
*Drafting investment committee memo and preparing materials to support internal decision-making
*Supporting deal execution, from sourcing through closing, and occasionally post-closing asset management
*Coordinating with internal teams, external advisors, and counterparties in both Japanese and English

*At least two years of work experience in real estate private equity / investment role, investment banking, or equivalent, with a strong analytical and modeling background
*Direct real estate investment experience, particularly in Value-Add / Opportunistic strategies preferred

*Strong financial modeling and quantitative analytical skills
*Ability to structure arguments and draft clear, well-reasoned IC memo

*Ability to operate with limited supervision and a strong sense of ownership
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a dedicated, collaborative team player
*Intellectual curiosity, rigor, and structured, strategic thinking

*Native-level fluency in Japanese and Business-level English
