She possesses 8 years of recruitment experience and has worked on successful senior level retained and exclusive search projects which include Country Manager, Sales Director and Project Director. 

Known for her high energy and communicative nature, Siew Wee values relationships with clients and candidates above all else. She prioritizes delivering exceptional service and nurturing long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual respect. 

Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Siew Wee has 4 years of sales experience and was responsible for overseas business development work in the government sector. 

A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Siew Wee is fluent in both English and Mandarin. In her free time, she enjoys reading and hiking.
