Yuji is a specialist in Online Technology and Internal IT, focusing on management to executive-level roles as well as highly technical expert positions across a wide range of industries. He has been in the search business in Japan since 2001 and previously worked in the telecommunications industry, where he gained experience in corporate sales and service planning. 

Yuji emphasizes delivering high-quality executive search services with a strong track record across diverse industries, ranging from large multinational corporations to startups. His expertise covers IT and digital transformation (DX), as well as business development, digital marketing, cloud, security, data science, and AI, successfully placing candidates from mid-level management to CXO positions. 

Originally from Nagoya, Japan, Yuji received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Doshisha University. He is a native Japanese speaker. 

Outside the office, Yuji enjoys traveling and playing sports with family and friends.
