- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or FMCG customer management.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and analyze market data.
- Familiarity with e-commerce business models and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Business-level English and Japanese communication skills.
- Leadership experience managing small teams is preferred.
