Job Description
■不動産資産（現状は主にレジ）の管理を行い、収益・費用をモニタリングし、物件価値最大化に向けてプロパティマネージャーを統括
■年次事業計画、リーシング計画、CAPEX計画および運営予算のレビュー・承認
■リーシング提案および設備投資案件の承認、キャッシュフロー管理
■月次・四半期の支払管理および信託銀行・レンダー向けレポーティング対応
■四半期KPIの作成および投資家向けレポート作成支援
■不動産鑑定、ローンリファイナンス、デューデリジェンス対応
■ESG施策の推進およびGRESB対応支援
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産経験
■読み書きレベル以上の英語力
